Ao mesmo tempo coloquei o salmão a grelhar, apenas temperado com sal. Procedi à confessão do puré tal como faço ao de batata, coloco um pouco de manteiga e mexo muito bem e depois vou acrescentando o leite a gosto e mexendo sempre. O puré de couve-flor fica mais solto mais rapidamente levando assim menos leite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloquei o puré no prato e o salmão e acompanhei com salada. Deixei em lume brando por 20 minutos, retirei o pau de canela e passei tudo com a barinha mágica. Depois coloquei novamente em lume brando e adicionei o açucar, ferveu mais uns 30 minutos, tendo sempre o cuidado de ir mexendo. Á parte, coloca-se o bacalhau a cozer (também pode ser usado posta de bacalhau e depois de cozido desfia-se e separa-se das espinhas). Tempera-se tudo com sal. Depois de tudo cozido, escorre-se e reserva-se. Num tacho, coloca-se a cebola e os pimentos, tudo laminado, rega-se com azeite e tempera-se com um pouco de sal e piri-piri, deixa-se alourar.&lt;br /&gt;Enquanto o molho se prepara, vai-se preparando o tabuleiro, colocando uma camada de batatas cortadas às rodelas, depois a camada de balalhau e novamente uma camada de batatas. Cortam-se também os ovos às rodelas e coloca-se por cima. Escolhe-se o programa das compotas, na minha MFP é o programa 11.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No fim coloca-se num frasco esterelizado e guarda-se. Como ficou com pedacinhos de morango eu passei a varinha mágica. Espalha-se polpa de tomate pela massa e um pouco de orégãos, crescenta-se o fiambre, o ananás cortado aos bocadinhos e os cogumelos laminados. Tempera-se a gosto e espalha-se o queijo por cima de todos os ingredientes. Junte a farinha de trigo e mexa bem. &lt;br /&gt;A farinha de trigo vai empelotar num primeiro momento. Mexa bem e refogue por alguns instantes para tirar o sabor de crua. Tire a panela do fogo e junte um pouquinho de leite frio. Misture, para dissover os grumos, acrescente mais leite. &lt;br /&gt;Retorne ao fogo e mexa, adicionando leite para que engrosse. Dê um toquinho leve de noz moscada e faça leve correção de sal. Deixe ferver, mexendo sempre, até que tome a consistência desejada. &lt;br /&gt;Se houver algum grumo, bata no liquidificador ou no processador. Emquanto a massa terminou de cozer, fui fazendo um creme branco (substituir o bechamel).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Por fim, coloquei a carne picada no fundo de um tabuleiro e por cima coloquei a massa cozida e polvilhei com queijo ralado. Separe a massa em duas porções iguais. Reserve uma parte. À outra acrescente o chocolate em pó. Em uma forma, untada e enfarinhada, coloque uma das massas, a que quiser colocar primeiro. Adiciona-se o iogurte e mexe-se. Depois acrescenta-se a farinha e uma colher de chá de fermento, mexendo muito bem. Depois cortei o frango, em pedaços (coxas e peito, com restante frango fiz uma canja)e coloquei por cima da cebola. Por fim temperei com sal, piri-piri e pimenta e acresceitei polpa de tomate (a gosto). Retire o coelho da marinada e coloque num tabuleiro(tive que partir os coelhos ao meio senão não cabiam no tabuleiro).&lt;br /&gt;Descasque as cebolas e corte-as aos gomos e disponha no tabuleiro junto do coelho, por cima deite o azeite e a marinada onde o coelho esteve a temperar e espalhe por cima a manteiga cortada em pedaços assim como o toucinho, a salsa. Leve a assar em forno bem quente durante mais ou menos 1h e meia, regando de vez em quando com o próprio molho. Numa tigela mistura-se os ovos e as natas. Depois junta-se o bacon cortado aos rectângulos (eu já compro cortado), o queijo ralado e os cogumelos. Depois faço o refugado com a cebola, o alho, sal, pimenta e polpa de tomate. De seguida acrescenta-se a dobrada, a entremeada e um pouco de água e deixa-se cozinhar. Quando a carne já estiver cozida acrescenta-se o chouriço às rodelas e o feijão branco já cozido. Enrola-se com a ajuda d papel vegetal. Leva-se ao forno a 200ºC. Á parte fritam-se as batatas, cortadas em palitos grossos. Quando a massa folhada começa a ganhar cor, juntam-se as batatas previamente fritas. Deixa-se no lume uns 10minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Corta-se a alface e o tomate para a salada. Tempera-se com azeite, vinagre e sal. Temperei com sal, pimenta e oregãos. Acrescentei os lombos de pescada (que entretanto tinha cozido juntamente com dois ovos) partidos aos bocadinhos. Depois de tudo picadinho coloca-se um pedaço dessa mistura dentro do peixe e o restante por cima. Num tabuleiro coloca-se um pouco de azeite no fundo e depois o peixe. Com o restante açúcar, faça um caramelo escuro e junte-o ao merengue, batendo sempre sem parar. &lt;br /&gt;Deite o preparado numa forma untada. &lt;br /&gt;Introduza no forno frio e ligue o forno para brando (160ºC). Junta-se manteiga derretida e amassa-se a mistura. Coloca-se no prato de servir um aro para semifrios e forra-se o fundo com o preparado de bolacha.&lt;br /&gt;Prepara-se uma gelatina conforme diz na embalagem, mas apenas com metade da quantidade de água que é indicada.&lt;br /&gt;Demolha-se 4 folhas de gelatina, cortadas em pedacinhos, numa tigela com 2 ou 3 colheres de sopa de água fria e junta-se à gelatina. Deixa-se arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto batem-se as natas bem firmes e junta-se a lata de leite condensado.&lt;br /&gt;Mistura-se a gelatina (que deve estar fria mas não solidificada) ao preparado de natas e envolve-se cuidadosamente. Coloca-se este preparado por cima da base de bolacha e leva-se ao frigorífico para solidificar.&lt;br /&gt;Prepara-se a outra gelatina tal como a primeira, mas com 2 folhas de gelatina e deixa-se arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;Tira-se o preparado de natas do frigorífico e enfeita-se com Morangos. Deita-se, cuidadosamente, a gelatina preparada por cima dos pêssego.
